Vince Genna Stadium Rules & Regulations
Vince Genna Stadium and its employees are committed to providing our guests with an enjoyable, safe atmosphere. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family-oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the baseball experience free from the following behaviors:
• Foul or abusive language or gestures
• Intoxication or other signs of impairment
• Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
• Obscene or indecent clothing
• Any disruption to the progress of the game by guest's actions or unauthorized person on the playing field
• Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat
• Smoking or tobacco use outside of the designated area (Beer Garden)
• Any use of marijuana in Vince Genna Stadium
• Any vape pen or e cigarette use anywhere in the stadium
Children
Children 2 and under can receive a General Admission ticket for free with a paid adult. The child may not sit in a reserved seat with the General Admission ticket. We love having families attend Bend Elks games. We do ask for parents to supervise and be with their children at all times. Unsupervised children will be returned to parents. There is no running allowed in our ballpark and ask parents to ensure their children do not run. Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to leave the stadium without an adult, even to chase foul balls.
ADA Seating
ADA seating is available through our General Admission seating tickets. We have two ADA seating areas, one by each dugout. Our Beer Garden is also ADA friendly for guests 21+. Anyone needing ADA seating can purchase a GA ticket to go in the ADA sections for themself and a guest. For the guest or anyone who needs a folding chair, please ask anyone in a staff shirt and we can provide one for you!
Bag Check
Every bag that enters Vince Genna Stadium will have to go through bag check. This includes small purses, backpacks, diaper bags, strollers, and any other form of bag. Bag check is prevent any outside food and beverage, alcohol, or weapons from entering Vince Genna Stadium.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
The following items are not allowed in Vince Genna Stadium:
Any alcohol not purchased at Vince Genna Stadium
Any kind of vape pen or e cigarette
Illegal Drugs
Weapons of any kind
Laser Pointers
Air Horns or any kind of noise maker that disrupts play on the field OR fan experience
Any not previously approved outside food or beverage
Weapons
No weapons are allowed in Vince Genna Stadium. Weapons include, but are not limited to, knives, guns, mace, pepper spray, etc. If any weapons are found at bag check or in the stadium you will be asked to take the weapon to your car. If you refuse to remove your weapon from the stadium you will be asked to leave.
Outside Food and Beverage
No outside food or beverage is allowed at any Bend Elks games or events. Empty water bottles may be brought in the stadium and refilled at our ice water station by the Team Store.
Re-Entry
The Bend Elks and Vince Genna Stadium do allow re-entry into and out of the stadium. You are required to have a hand stamp for re-entry, which you can get at the main entrance. You must be 15 or older to leave the stadium without an adult. Any children who want to chase foul balls must have an adult with them the whole time.
Banners & Signs
Banners & signs are permitted in the stadium as long as they do not obstruct the view of guests or block stadium signage. Banners & signs must be event related, in good taste, and not commercial, political, or offensive in nature. The Bend Elks reserve the right to remove any sign.
Bottles & Cans
No bottles, cans or outside beverages are permitted in Vince Genna Stadium. Exceptions are made for empty water bottles, baby bottles and health-related materials.
Smoking/Tobacco
Smoking and tobacco use is permitted only in the Beer Garden. No marijuana is allowed anywhere in the stadium. Vape pens or e cigarettes are not allowed in Vince Genna Stadium. Vaping is not allowed anywhere in the ballpark.
Strollers
Strollers are allowed in the ballpark as long as they can be stored under a seat and do not obstruct walkways or other fans' seating.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are permitted in the stadium provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of an event.
