BBQ Deck Reservations
Who doesn't enjoy a nice summer BBQ? Located down the 3rd baseline our BBQ Deck puts you right in the middle of the action. The BBQ Deck is divided into two sides for groups less than 50 with the option to rent the whole deck for larger groups.

The cost of the BBQ Deck is a per person rental. Each person will receive a General Admission ticket and a meal voucher, as well as access to the reserved picnic tables. For more information and pricing you can download a flyer here.
Strike 1 BBQ Deck
The Strike 2 BBQ Deck is located on the right side of the BBQ Deck and has seven six foot long wooden picnic tables.
Strike 2 BBQ Deck
The Strike 2 BBQ Deck is located on the left side of the BBQ Deck above the Bistro Deck and has six eight foot long plastic picnic tables.
Strike 1 & 2 BBQ Deck
A Strike 1 & 2 BBQ Deck rental would include all thirteen picnic tables exclusive for your group. There is a minimum of 50 guests required for a full Strike 1 & 2 BBQ Deck rental. A Strike 1 & 2 BBQ Deck rental must be requested at time of contract signing and cannot be guaranteed if your group grows larger than expected.
Please note the BBQ Deck is not a private area and other fans use the BBQ Deck concession stand and walk through the BBQ Deck to get to the Bistro Deck and/or bathrooms. If you would like a private experience, please consider the Private Event - Beer Garden group rental.
Reservation Requirements
In order to reserve the BBQ Deck you must provide:
A $300 deposit
This deposit is the minimum payment required for a Strike 1 or Strike 2 BBQ Deck rental.
Approximate attendance number when booking
Signed contract from the Bend Elks with location of BBQ Deck rental (Strike 1, Strike 2, or Strike 1 & 2) determined with signing of contract, not when group numbers are finalized the week of the event.
If booking both the Strike 1 & 2 decks, a minimum final bill of $1,560 is required. This is the cost of 50 people per group (40 adults and 10 kids).
Actual attendance number one week in advance of event date
Deposit is refundable until 4 weeks before your event date. At that time it is no longer refundable and can at best be attempted to be rescheduled.
There are no refunds due to bad weather unless the game is canceled before first pitch. If a game is canceled before gates open the Bend Elks will reach out to you to find a solution to reschedule or refund you.
2025 Pricing
Adult - $33
Includes choice of bratwurst, hamburger, cheeseburger, Beyond burger, or large hot dog, a bag of chips, potato salad, and a 16oz fountain soda or bottle of water
Child - $24
Includes small hot dog, bag of chips and a 16oz fountain soda or bottle of water
Beer/Wine Chit - $8
This is good for one 16oz draft beer, glass of wine, or canned alcoholic beverage
2024 price - may change for 2025 season
Last minute additions to the event will be billed night of the event. No refunds on extra tickets. Tickets and food vouchers are good for the event date only.
