Pitching Conditioning & Catching Technique Camp
We will address how to best ramp up the pitching schedule and hit the ground running in the spring season. Along with that, we will work with catchers on the advanced and modern fundamentals that can separate themselves from others behind the dish. All winter camps will have stations dedicated to the speed & strength training movements specifically from Boss Sports Performance, taught by a professional trainer from BSP. Infield Quickness & Outfield Footwork Camp
This camp will be dedicated to making your player faster and more explosive in the field.
