Game Notes

Bend, OR. - The Bend Elks will host four non-league games this week at home against the Northwest Star NightHawks and Baum Bat Northwest.

The Elks will welcome the Nighthawks first for a two-game set. The Nighthawks serve as a feeder team for Bend’s West Coast League South Division rivals, the Ridgefield Raptors and Cowlitz Black Bears. The Nighthawks (0-1) opened its season with a 2-0 loss to the defending WCL Champion Corvallis Knights. The Elks will face the Knights in a road series later this week following the conclusion of its series with the Nighthawks.

Upon return from the road trip to Corvallis, the Elks will face off against Baum Bat Northwest, a select amateur baseball organization of top high school prospects, to round off the week.
