Join the team! Be a Bend Elks Host Family!

The Bend Elks are looking for Host Families for the 2022 season!

Host families are such a vital part of our team and allow the Bend Elks to exist. Our players are college baseball players who get placed with our amazing host families for the 10 weeks of our season, about half of those 10 weeks the team is on the road.

What do you get for being a host family?

Host families not only gain a baseball son for the summer, but also get other additional perks! Our host families get 2 Preferred Season Tickets per player they host. They can also have a BBQ dinner at the BBQ Deck after every Sunday game. This gives all our host families a chance to get to know each other and all our players. Host families also get first priority to sign their children up to be bat boy/girl and get a discount on all the Bend Bucks camps!

What do you have to provide?

We do ask that players are given a private bedroom, but if you can host multiple players they can stay in the same room. A shared or private bathroom that they have access to and can leave their personal grooming supplies is also required. We also ask that players have access to the kitchen and laundry rooms so that they can make meals to feed themselves and do their own laundry. All uniform pieces are washed by the Bend Elks and will not need to be done at your home.
