The Bend Elks and Boss Baseball are excited to bring together some of the best baseball minds in Central Oregon to discuss the essential foundations of the defensive game. Touching on topics ranging from footwork to arm slots to pre-pitch movements, this camp will build and hone the skills of great infielders and outfielders. An optional 45 minute speed & strength training, followed by a 30 minute nutrition seminar, will be offered at Boss Sports Performance following each camp session, open to all registered campers.
